The Colony is home to Grandscape and Toyota Stadium — a city that doesn't do things halfway. We bring that same scale of ambition to backyards here, helping homeowners near Grandscape and along Lake Lewisville's shoreline plan hot tub and swim spa installations sized for real entertaining.
Same product mix as our showroom: hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and patio furniture. Delivered by our own DFW crews — not subcontracted freight. We handle pad inspection, electrical coordination with your electrician, fill-and-start, and a chemistry walkthrough on the first visit.
Service after the sale is the same crew. The Colony customers get the same response window as customers within 5 minutes of the showroom — usually next-day for chemistry questions and 3-5 business days for in-home service.
Our Prosper showroom is about 18 minutes away. Walk in any day, or schedule a private demo if you want focused time with a consultant.
